Bulk Solids Feeding
Accurate bulk solids feeding is a critical stage in any production process – from consistent raw material dosing into a blender, through recipe ingredient metering, to filling packaging and bulk bags. At InterProcess, we offer a complete range of feeders – both volumetric (delivering material based on volume) and gravimetric (controlling flow by weight in loss-in-weight mode). This allows us to select the optimum feeder type for each material, the required accuracy and the customer’s budget.
Our feeding systems include screw feeders, vibratory feeders and belt feeders – each designed for a different material type and throughput range. In addition, advanced control systems with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, EtherNet/IP) enable automatic recipe-based feeding, continuous and batch operation, and integration with the plant’s supervisory automation systems. Not sure which feeder type is the best fit? Get in touch with us – we will be happy to help you select the right solution.
Our Feeder Range

Volume-based bulk solids feeding. A simple, reliable and cost-effective solution with the option to upgrade to gravimetric mode.

Precision loss-in-weight feeding with accuracy below ±0.5%. Ideal for recipes demanding the highest repeatability.

Gravimetric feeding with no moving parts. Ideal for fragile, abrasive and attrition-sensitive products.

Compact DTU (food-grade) and heavy-duty DTC. Gentle feeding of large-particle and abrasive materials.
