Belt Scales

Belt scales (also known as conveyor belt scales) are a type of continuous flow scale. They are installed on belt conveyors and used for on-the-fly totalisation and measurement of bulk material flow along the conveyor belt.
Belt scales can be used for:
We manufacture belt scales proven in a wide range of applications — ready for installation on existing or newly built belt conveyors. As one of the few companies on the market, we are also able to design continuous flow weighing systems for non-standard installation conditions.
Over the years we have delivered conveyor weighing solutions for customers across many industries — primarily coal, aggregate processing, chemical, building materials, animal feed production and others.

Belt Weighfeeders

Belt weighfeeders are modern, steel-construction gravimetric feeders used for the smooth and consistent feeding of bulk solids — powders, granulates, flakes and fibres — with continuous mass flow measurement.
Their primary application is the continuous and batch feeding of bulk materials with active flow rate control. In some installations they are used purely for flow measurement and totalisation — acting as an inline mass flow meter, similarly to a conveyor belt scale, but with significantly higher accuracy thanks to their short, rigid frame and gravity belt tensioner.
Their main advantage is a compact, purpose-built mechanical design that integrates all the components required to maintain high weighing accuracy throughout a long service life — without the belt drift, wear and recalibration issues typical of standard belt scales mounted on transport conveyors.
Belt weighfeeders can be used for:
Belt weighfeeders are perfectly suited to the cement, building materials, chemical, food, mining and many other industries.

How Can We Help You?
First, we can assess the feasibility of deploying a belt scale or belt weighfeeder in your specific application and estimate the investment cost. To do this we need a brief description of the application, the bulk material and the required throughput — the easiest way is to use the contact form below. It is also helpful to fill in the detailed questionnaire available on the product pages for belt scales or belt weighfeeders and send it to us by email. If you do not know the answers to some of the questions, simply leave them blank for now. With this information, we can verify whether this type of solution is a good fit for your application and provide a precise budget estimate.
