Weighing automation and control systems
We design and integrate weighing, batching and process control systems: from load cells and weighing electronics through to PLCs, HMI panels, SCADA systems and data exchange with the plant’s own systems. One partner is responsible for the complete measuring chain and its control.
Three product groups in weighing automation
The categories follow the successive layers of the system: measurement, processing and control. Each page runs from an overview of the designs, through the selection criteria, to the related services. The brands and models are listed inside each category.
Load cells and weighing hardware
Load cells from 300 g to over 100 t: single-point, shear beam, S-type and column. Plus mounting kits, weigh modules, junction boxes and cabling.
Weighing electronics
Indicators, transmitters and batching controllers: from a DIN-rail transmitter to a controller running an entire recipe batching cycle. 1600 readings per second, with verifiable versions available.
PLC, HMI and SCADA control systems
Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 controllers, operator panels and SCADA systems: process visualisation, recipes, alarms, reports and integration with MES and ERP systems.
From the load cell to the higher-level system
Every weighing system we build uses the same layers. We supply the whole thing, or precisely the layer your installation is missing, and tie it into the rest through industrial communication protocols.
Where our weighing automation works
Weighing automation forms part of larger bulk solids installations. Below are the typical applications, with links through to the pages describing the complete processes.

Vessel and silo weighing
Inventory measurement and hopper scales: from load cells and mounting kits through to the mass reading in SCADA.
See weighing →
Feeding and recipe batching
Batch and continuous weighing out to an accuracy of ±1 g, controlled from the weighing electronics or the PLC.
See feeding →
Filling and packing
Filling big bags and packaging with weight control, in-flight correction and logging of every weighment.
See big-bag systems →
Upgrades and scale retrofits
Replacing electronics and load cells in existing scales, and migrating older control systems.
Scope of services →Three routes: shop, specification or project
We distinguish between buying a standard component, technical specification and a project that calls for analysis. Choose the route closest to your need and you will reach the right person straight away.
Do you already know the model or component type?
Common load cells, junction boxes and weighing electronics will go into the B2B shop with prices, documentation and stock availability online. Until then, orders come through the contact form.
B2B shop: coming soonHopper scale, verification, ATEX?
Tell us the load, the number of support points, the accuracy required, the communication protocol and the working conditions. Our engineer will confirm the choice of load cells, hardware and electronics before you order.
Send us your specification dataA weighing system or line integration?
Load cells, electronics, control panel, PLC, HMI and SCADA, together with commissioning and calibration. One enquiry, one point of responsibility for a working system.
Ask about a solutionFrom process analysis to service
We run automation projects in four stages, with a clear scope of responsibility at each one. The full description is on the services page.
Analysis and design
Process analysis, architecture concept, equipment selection, electrical design and the I/O signal list.
Build and software
PLC programming, HMI and SCADA design, control panel build, configuration of the weighing electronics.
Integration and commissioning
FAT testing, installation, commissioning and SAT, scale calibration, integration with plant systems, training.
Service and development
Diagnostics, program backups, PLC and electronics upgrades, migrations and inspections.
We deliver automation and weighing system services for our own equipment and for existing installations from other manufacturers alike.

What does weighing automation and process control cover?+
The complete measuring chain and its control: load cells with mounting hardware, weighing electronics (indicators, transmitters, batching controllers), PLCs with HMI panels and SCADA systems, plus the services around them — design, control panel build, commissioning, calibration and service. We supply the whole system or just the layer you are missing, and integrate it with your existing installation.
Can I buy individual components without a complete system?+
Yes. Standard load cells, junction boxes, accessories and weighing electronics are all sold as individual components. We are preparing a B2B shop with prices and stock availability online; until it goes live, orders and enquiries come through the contact form.
Will you integrate weighing with our existing plant control system?+
Yes. The weighing electronics communicate with PLCs and SCADA systems over Profinet, Profibus DP, Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet/IP or a 4–20 mA analogue output. At the design stage we agree where the batching algorithm should run — in the weighing electronics or in the PLC — and which data should reach the higher-level systems.
Can the scales be used in trade (legal-for-trade verification)?+
Yes. We select certified load cells in OIML classes C3–C6 together with verifiable electronics. Verification applies to the complete scale — load cells, structure and electronics as a whole — so the requirements, including e-mark prepackaging, are agreed at the selection stage.
Do you upgrade existing scales and older control systems?+
Yes. We replace damaged load cells with units of matching geometry and sensitivity, retrofit weighing electronics, and migrate older controllers and visualisation systems. Before any upgrade we check the condition of the measuring chain and the cabling, and once the work is done we calibrate the scale.
Plan the weighing automation for your plant
Describe the process, the material and the accuracy you need, and our engineers will propose a system architecture and prepare a quotation: from a single load cell to a complete line with PLC and SCADA.
